Hi, can someone offer feedback on this following configuration intended for VR development? My main concerns are (1) with the power supply (650W as recommended by pcspecialist) as I have heard read reports about brief power spikes on the 4070 graphics card, and (2) the recommended cooling specs. Any feedback in general or specifically for these two concerns would be most welcome!
